This is Katie and she lives in New Zealand with her owners John and Sue Muir, three oldish Shelties and a Sheepdog pup on 40 acres. She was born October of 1997. Katie wishes she lived in the USA with all the great things there are to do with JRTs. Katie loves cuddles, digging, cuddles, swimming, cuddles, sleeping by the fire and visitors who give her more cuddles! Katie and her owners can be reached at suemuir@clear.net.nz.
This is the Rocketman, FDX. The Rocketman is a giant among JRTs at 16 and 1/2 inches and 23 lbs. Although Rocket is too big to compete at JRTCA sanctioned trials, he has shown a keenness for GTG, agility and racing at fun matches. Rocket excels at flyball and that is what the FDX is for. It means Flyball Dog Excellent. He belongs to the team Rush-n-Return of Lockport, NY, who recently won a second place at their division tournament. Rocket spends his days cuddling with his adopted Mom, landscaping and murdering neighborhood rodents. Rocket lives with Kathy Austin and he is soon to get a new sibling, Yaz, who hopefully will be pictured here soon!!
Dandy is a very energetic dog like I assume most Jacks are. Dandy spends each day protecting our family from the many dangerous squirrels that we have around our house. Dandy loves her two litter mates(human) but has to enforce her no running rule in the house. If one of the kids run in the house, Dandy chases them and growls and acts really bad until they stop running. It is Dandy's only rule and she feels she must not waiver on this one point. We spend some time each day wrestling and playing with the kids, usually a tag team affair with Dandy and I reigning as world champions. Dandy lives with the Conner family in southern IL.
